I have received literature about credit and there was an add for a VIPVisa credit card with a $1 0,000 "LOAD LIMIT" and no credit check and other typical constraints. Is this valid and how do I pursue this avenue assuming it is legitimate! The add asks for a password: GuaranteedVisaCard; Email address: danderson@helloworld.com; and a zip code: 55408
